previous to this i did try extending the pin on the slave cylinder but dont you think this wouldnt make much difference (if any) as its the master cylinder that determines how far the slave moves the pin

i agree that i should never have to double pump, especially when i have two kids in the back quite often.
**update** it doesnt seem to have got worse or better, and i still havent found time to fix it or investigate. could it be a booster problem??

hi ive got solid axle front and rear leafs in my lux and was going to put new bushes all around cos old ones are pretty worn.
should i use poly bushes with grease or just rubber
and if i use poly will it make for a harder ride?

ok we just put a full set of rancho suspension into my mates 99 mod lux.
and the old rear springs are 100mm longer than mine.

hey i stretched and split a brake hose on the front of my hilux last night, i figure they werent long enough so ill get 2 new extended ones.
also so i had brakes to get home with i had to crush the solid line from that wheel at the master cylinder so can that be cut and repaired?

im thinking relocate spare wheel and installing a tank from a dunny dore.
ive seen a switch thing on ebay that lets your switch the pump and sender from one tank to another.
