So there is a lot of talk on a number of FB pages about trimming 5mm off the spline end of both front and rear axles to prevent rear dowels and studs shearing and front locking hubs exploding...... can anyone elaborate on this and explain how this works?

300+ hmmmm id e going over it with a fine tooth comb. check for rust in the windscreen and pillars squeeky throw out bearing when you usethe clutch, check for blow by in the air filter and crank case breather, front axle seals etc there isa big list for something with that many kms on it mate good ...

I want water to air because it won't do any high way work and it'll be all slow driving and a lot of mud driving. (more then you guys would get) and I don't want the intercooler getting full of mud. Hey muss what is the rest of your setup? How much boost/fuel are you running and what are EGTs like? its a PWR kit.... running about 10 - 11 psi and fuel matched to suit... nothing insane. something I will note the bonnet scoop adds a major denifite to the temperature of the barrel before i fitted ...

take note there is far less room under the bonnet due to the 3b motor being a square motor un like the 1hz
