i just had this problem a couple weeks back, turned out i had water in my fuel and my primary jet was blocked. i removed both jets and cleaned them with carby cleaner, poured half a bottle of metho in the tank and replaced the fuel filter. no more problem :)

1L Trasfer Case

i bought a 1L transfer case the other day and when i got it home i noticed the input shaft from the gear box has about 5mm play in it until it starts to engage the other output shafts.

does anyone have any what the problem is and how to fix it.

i noticed the other day whenever i pop the clutch out to quick that the transfer case made a wierd noise, like it wasn't to the chassis tight enough. i checked the bolts all good.
i had a play with the drive shafts and when i rotated them hard enough the transfer case made the same noise.

i bought a full set of gabriels for my 2" lifted suzk and i havn't had any trouble with them.

they ride heaps softer than the other shocks that were in the car.
commodore wagon rears for the front and hiace van for the rears.

yeah i was looking at putting 32x11.5 on the rims, but in the mean time these will have to do.

so cutting the bottom mount off on the front bumper/chassis should be ok ?? i want to keep the bumper on the front
