Diesels also have a longer fuel burn , thus producing a longer power stroke (more toqure). There is a heap of info on this in a mag called Diesel Power, Banks power has a lot to say on it too. Back to topic, I run a Gt25 .70 a/r ( big blingy 4"snout) and ?? exhaust, I think...... it doesnt come on ...

6hp motor will set you back upwards of $500 min for a Warn 6hp. To Drill and tap your brake shaft to fit a spacer and bolt instead of the circlip allow up to $120 roughly, but any engineering joint can do this for you if you can explain what you want and the going rate with them is $80 an hour.
