TD42T and TD42Ti Internals

G'day all,

A mate and I were just having a discussion and he reckons the internals of the TD42T GU is stronger than the TD42Ti GU i.e. Rods etc. Does anyone know if this is true??

Cheers

Heavy Duty side step / slider

G'day,

I'm chasing some custom heavy duty side steps / sliders to help protect my sills. I would like them to be bolt on only, vehicle is an 04 GU Wagon.

Does anyone know of a business that does good work in the Brisbane area?

I've had a search on here with not too much luck.

Thanks in advance.

OME Shocks - What size lifts can they be used on?

G'day,

I have an 04 TD6 GU wagon with OME 2" springs and N29/N19 shocks.
Just wanted to know if these shocks could take much more of a spring lift without restricting travel?

Thinking of going to a 3" or 4" lift.

Just out of interest, does the rear wheel bearings on a GU Patrol Wagon (Semi-Floating) run in diff oil or are they lubricated by grease?

Have done a search but could'nt find the answer.
