A two stage (telescopic) bottlejack, it has 2 concentric sections that extend. Make sure it is appropriate capacity for the weight of your vehicle. Get a 6mm checker plate base approx 300x300mm and paint it red and attach a light chain to it ... also painted red so you dont loose the bastard in ...

Recaro seats! I have a set in my GQ.
You will however require custom seat mounts and a blue plate.

If your really serious, I can work out some price for you.

Turn the lights on and put your multimeter probe on the positive terminal of the battery and the other probe on the positive wire as close to the spottie as possible.
This will so you the exact voltage drop on the cable.
You could also test the relay with this same method to see if it has a problem

Your problem isn't with the EFS product...your problem is that you were sold the wrong one. If you aren't doing competition driving, then why would you need competition suspension? I would be blaming whoever sold it to you for not giving you the best product for your type of driving. Unfortunately ...

Yeah mate, I went around last night and he fitted it for me. Although I haven't had a play yet, I'm really impressed with the ride and the hight. Because my truck has the sway bar disconnect I still have to modify the disconnect rod, but for the time being I'll just remove the sway bar when playing ...

I got in contact with John this morning and had a chat to him.

He recommended the Dobinson springs and EFS shocks. He said I could go the Dobinson shocks also but they are a little stiffer.

Yeah I was thinking about waiting, but I need new wheels and tyres now. I'm getting 33s and I really dont think I would be happy with them with the factory sagged suspension. If I was to step up to a 4 inch lift, I would need adjustable panhard rods, drop boxes, brake lines etc etc which would add ...

Not just yet anyway :P I'll give John another try tomorrow and see what he says. I have it booked in already for Thursday ...

I understand what your saying and I dont disagree, however there's lots of other people happy with the Dobinsons.
I'll give them a go and see what they are like. If a problem arises I'll make them sort it.

check the spring rates of the springs you have been offered and compare them to the others, OME etc.

I'm getting a lift

Hi guys, I'm wanting to get a lift in the GQ in the next week or so. I was really after a 4" kit but I think its a little out of my budget. I have made a few phone calls and I'm down to choosing between 2 kits. The first is a RidePro 3 inch setup using Dobinsons shocks and king springs. This comes ...

I'm not 100% sure of this, but I dont think you need to make any adjustments to the panhard rods with just a 2 inch lift.
And I dont think you would be wanting to shorten them at all :?
