At the end we noticed that a few ppl were sticking their cars under a large hydrant with an old steam train boiler filler pipe to wash most of the mud off their cars. Now i did, but a mate put his patrol under it and left it running ...

If its a bent valve, the valve lash on that cylinder will excessive. But very unlikely to have bent a valve. Bent rod for sure

one would think that if the turbo lines are crossed, the sump would be full of coonlant aswell.

I would be lookin at fuel restiction to the inj pump.
Has the cooler been pressure tested? Not too mant places where it can come from!

Never seen it, but the turbo centre maybe cracked

How much are the turbo's? If you put an order in for a manifold, they will be a little bit cheaper than what they are already. ;) 360! Im in wa and got a mtq for $330 inc trade landed so i reckon most guys can ask for trade and get that price, the proper t3 to t25 adaptor cost $200 its a two piece ...

so you want inlet temp senor by the sounds of it. If it tuned corrrctly and safe it is not really needed. If you use after market ecu you can wire it into one of its inputs and have display on you dash

sounds like the rocker covers are filling up with oil under high rpm and not draining fast enough.Wat grade oil is used? I would stay away from a high volume pumps and stick with the standard one.
Try to get the pick up at the rear of the sump

aren't exhaust gases cooled first before entering the inlet however it will produce more NOx, a bit more wear on the turbo (due to it reving a bit more) and more air flowed through so your airfilter will clog up a little bit quicker. and highter temps. 2 dudes on exploroz with EGT Gauges scoring ...

more boost will give lower egts if fuel is not added. I would be fitting a 3'' exhaust before boost/fuel is adjusted, lot better performance. Any where between 10-15 psi is fine, if the correct amount of fuel is added
