Re: sierra parts and 4age conversion detials needed

Here is everything you need and more already done for you. Swap over all this into your zook, it wouldn't get any easier than that. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Suzuki-Sierra-modified-4AGE-engine-plus-much-more-/110609771605?pt=AU_Cars&hash=item19c0db2c55" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I believe it is known as a VH41 remote brake booster. This is plumbed inline to the front brakes. I mounted it on the L/H side of the firewall (relocated charcoal canister) and ran the lines across the firewall. Plumb it into vacuum and it improves the brake pedal dramatically.

Sierra front 1L, 1.3L and 3 door Vitara brakes are all the same and no benefit to swapping between these. The only (bolt on) upgrade is the Vitara 5 door with the ventilated discs and slightly larger caliper. I had exactly this on my 1L (so yes they do fit) before going to widetrack 1.3L diffs and ...

Yes this price is for the kit supplied with the upper rubber boot for the floor. This does add to the cost and throw in a little for freight and it all adds up.
Just an update. The kits and boots have been ordered and should be on their way to my mate who will then forward these onto me.
