umm i fill it and the petrol pump says i got to pay for 30Ls wen it clicks off and the OD says ive done round 200km.
So i think my eco is bout 15L/100km
well thats how i work out mine

sorry i get 200km b4 it gets to the empty line. which means ive got 10L left so im only getting like 15L/100km.

Wen i first bought the car just after i got my Ps it was only gettin 100km b4 empty line then i got the carby redone.

anything else that should be done at the same time as the pump change other then new oil and filter??

do u guys think this will improve my fuel economy as im only getting 200km out of a tank and thats after the carby being rebuilt 12months ago.

Petrol in my Oil

I check my dipstick this morning and noticed the oil was down to about half but it smelt like petrol and wasnt gettin as dark as it would normally.

Anyone hav any ideas im pretty sure there is petrol in the oil but wat is causing it??

it is a vitara jlx with a g16A

I just changed mine i put a pod on but hav just replaced that with some black intake pipe from clark rubber. just some of the black coil flex pipe. pulled the cardboard poo outa the joiner that goes into the guard got some clamps and clamp the pipe in. seems to be workin alright, just drove to newy ...

Get one off ebay that plugs into ur cig lighter i just got one myself its works really well
sat in the car and watched a dvd on saturday with engine off and i could watch the volts without havin to worry bout it dying and it was accurate.

I just bought myself a diversity antenna for my dvd player and wires that come from the booster for it to hav power are just plain wires with no plugs or any other sort of connection on them.

How would i got about hooking these up?

Auto, they got them on ebay and stuff but u can hard wire them in as well but im not all that confident in tryin to do that yet. plus i got a mate who hardwired his in the normal gauge type and it showed perfect voltage all the time kind of stupid that he did it that way but hopefully the one i get ...

hey i got a dvd player and monitor in the vitara. its a seperate deck which connects to the monitor and plugs into the cig lighter and just plugs into the AUX on ur deck if u got one so u can run the sound through ur system or else it just got speakers on the monitor. its a 2 door JLX soft top 91. i wouldnt kno where to start looking and pretty new to the game and dont wanna go wastin money if its not gonna work on a really tight budget. And dont i need extended front struts coz of the IFS??

damn i wish i had the funds to get that off you coz i got someone who can help me fit them just pretty cash strapped already had to pay to much to fix up this bloody car.

its a 1.6 carby auto. the fuel filter is new and just got a leak fixed. gettin the oil check for fuel coz got a feelin that is wat is causin it which would prob mean my engine would blow up so its gettin check at the moment.

no i learnt not to lead foot the barby drinks to much
but only seems to do it not long after start up and it will go to 4000 or so and wont change then i gotta flat stick it to get it to change
