The input shaft is 25 mm longer on the Gu and the Gu has a 25mm spacer on the the bell housing apart from that they are the same, just fitted a gu one to mine and found out the hard way...

The Gu box has a spacer, about 30mm.. the box in totall is 30 mm longer, if you take the spacer of the shaft is longer as well, just been through this with mine.

I had a rb30 in my patrol. am just finishing a rb25det conversion, which is really a straight forward swap with a few wiring mods. before the rb30 died it had over 400k's on the clock and didn't miss a beat till the timind belt let go....... Just remember that it is a 4wd and not a vl commodore so ...

I had a set of these in 35's, could not fault them, would buy them again.
I ran them every day and played on the weekends, never had a puncture just staked a side wall, i used them till they were nearly bald.

100 series front diff splice with gq centre

Hi, looking into doing a splice with a gq housing and centre with the front on my 100....
what is required with the gq centre to fix the 100 axles, is the spline the same.
Any info would be great,

Hi, the comp is suited more for your everyday four wheel drive that is road regestered, there is no need Requirements for a roll cage, it is not that hard of a event. the event is designed to keep damage to the minium.
