The ones for the D40 petrol are the same as the diesel.
Do they have different air box's on the D22's?

Yeah Ive heard of a lot of people pissed off over this, some have been told they will have to wait till January.

Dont expect the tyres to last very long I just changed mine at 15000kms and now I have a set of 32s with a 2 inch suspension lift.
