yes they are the same distance forward as a normal superior arm! which is proportionate to lift height and IS more than stock ...

I would think IF it is such a common thing to happen, and people say ahh well shit happens, then the bloke doing the work can tell you he will replace the part WHILE he is in there, not button it up and hope for the best :shock:

It aint a cheap yum cha manifold from ebay is it.
You need to get one with a thicker flange, and made form something decent, people bang on about stainless and what not, but it does crack sooner or later, you be needing some good old cast iron

I would try and find a lower diff ratio and try that ;) , it wont fix it but it may make it livable for you :D

Joel does have a pretty rep for this sort of work, but it never hurts to get a second opinion.
HAve you driven any other LS1 patrols?, yours might not be that bad, but atleast you would have a better idea on what acceptable.
Gearing plays a BIG part in how a car feels, go to 4.6's or even 4.88's ...

I'd personaly go Teng every time.
I have a lot of there tools and love them, keep an eye on the Teng website and go through there Catalogue as they have all there rang on sale at various times of the Year
