if its spitting out the overflow it just means that the coolant is boiling. not specific to a thermostat. it just means SOMETHING in your cooling system is not doing its job properly.

i f'en love how they've done this into a ute. hiluxs arn't made for touring. i drove 8 hours straight in my 93 2.8 hilux at christmas last year and near the end of it the transfer case was heating the cab faster than the aircon could cool it down. id go a newer 3ltr TD but goodluck getting one for under 20g so you'll have to buy a N/A one and ...

I really cant see the need to move your diff forward to run 33's though.. i only needed to move mine for the 34's cuz they are a big tire, but i ran 33's and didnt need it... i needed to do it to fit 33s. i have 2inchs of spring lift. dont buy a few sizes thats a waste of money. just buy the 15mm ...
