I asked this last year and not many places do the kit. There is a few buggy builders in sydney area that do it but they were pretty dear and said that they have to twist it around on a funny angle to fit. If you search my name it will be there somewhere.

I have 3:54s in my ute with a holden 5lt and auto and last week striped the pinion teeth taking off from my house. I was going to put 4:11s into make up for the 35s on the road cause it gets a bit slow in the hills. But now it sounds like they are to weak. Would pegging the diffs help.

I have a standard stall in it but im not happy. In low range its great but getting to the bush or work is crap. Is the Lt95 and Lt77 yhe same bolt pattern. I have a 4 speed but it has been modified so that 3rd and 4th are different ratios to standard so it lowers the revs at 100. Or would a standard...

Thanks for that mate. It mounts an inch back in my ute i think because the mounts were out and i had to redrill the holes. But its all in now just gotta make the floor to fill the big hole and mount the shifter. I just cut a section out of the cross member.
thanks again

cross member mods

gday just wondering what people have done to modify the cross member. i am fitting a t700 with lt95 to my rangi but the front shaft hits the cross member. could i cut out a section and weld in a half cut piece of pipe in there and would that be strong enough.
thanks.
