Re: Rear Steer- flipping housing???

The easy way is to cut the ends off a rear diff and weld the knuckles from the front diff on,no flipping or spinning required. You just need both housing, and measure twice cut once unless you want to get custom length inner axles made.

Re: Power steering pumps for full hydro

Getting a pump modified for more flow won't shorten its life if it's done properly by a profesinal power steer shop that use a flow bench. There's to many hackers out there that don't really know what thier doing.
I've been running a flowed vitara pump for 5 years and have'nt had any dramas with it.

most stock auto coolers are a tube running inside the bottom tank of the radiator anyway.
I run a auto cooler and a power steer cooler infront of the radiator and its never caused an issue, but they only cover 1/4 of the radiator.

I use blue max on most parts that aren't near anything to hot and high temp(red) around the hot stuff.
Don't use gasket goo on your auto's pan,the cork gasket will do the job fine, just dont over tighten the bolts as this is the cause of most cork gasket leaks.
also store your open tubes of gasket ...
