hey when my centre diff lock stopped working there is a small electric motor that activates it and the motor just stopped working and i replaced it now its all good. Someone correct me if im wrong about the motor activating it.

hey i ground mine, probly shouldnt of but only had to take a small amount off in the end. But since have noticed with my new rims which have custom offset that they crear by a long way. So maybe wheel spacers will allow them to clear abit more. i mite be wrong as i have not tried it.

yep fuel lines are all good checked that. actually i think that the car used to have an allarm when i bought it but never knew if it worked or not, took out alarm wires when i stripped the car down, hopefully this is the problem. will have another play around with it tomorrow afternoon. thanks

yea timing is all good nothing has been changed when engine was removed and all fan belts have stayed tight. Getting heaps of fuel pressure now, is there anyway to check to see if the injectors are working propely

petrol 80 wont start ?? help

hey i have just finished putting new engine in and cant get it to start. It has spark on all cylinders and there is fuel getting to the fuel rail although it is very very low pressure. is this normal? or does it need more pressure. Have had fuel pump out and it seems to be working fine. any help ...

take radiator cap off, fill it up with water if its empty or low, start the car and leave it run until it gets hot and thermostat opens, look in the top of the raidator if its all white and foaming head gasket is gone.

i work at a sheet metal company at eagle farm. we get checker plate sheets in 2400x1200 could get a price if you want for some black powder coated stuff, dont think it will be real cheap, its usually about 80 to 100 bucks a sheet 2mm thick for non powder coated stuff

I am thinking about selling it up for parts. Its a 91 SWB NH import. Its got factory locker with 4.29 ratio. 2.5tdi with new head gasket no turbo but have manifold has done 160 000ks. body lift . ally flares bla bla bla all other parts

I have notived that there is a diaphram ontop of my fuel pump which leads to the intake manifold ... does this increase fuel under boost if so if i increase the boost will the fuel pump compensate by itself ?? And my car is a 91 swb nh 2.5tdi import

good point im an idiot i didnt even realise .. just one of the fellas that went wheeling out with us said thats wat it could be .. any ideas on what the noise could be its on the same side as the alternator and sounds like something spinning or scraping on something as it spins ... i happened about ...

hey .. i have a 2.5tdi nh paj and i have asked a few people about a bad rattley kind of noise and apparently it is my timeing chain .. is there an easy way to adjust or check this ??

im not 100% sure myself but i have been talking to my mates neighbour who used to build up pajeros and he sez u need a boost gauge and boost controller and a pyro gauge and u tune it off the temperature of the exhaust apparently

how come you need more air flow ?? you can try and make the hole bigger that goes into the guard, assuming that it does like mine, and then just getting some bigger pipe to fit the hole .. other than that cutting a hole into the side would let way to much shite into the filter
