My uncle recently bought one of these great wall dual cabs. I thought he was crazy, but after spending a bit of time in the ute on a recent surf trip, I thought it was alright. It even has leather seats! He got it serviced while we were away and the mechanic was really impressed with it. The test ...

Go down to the F100 wreckers in Moriac and get yourself a set of 15 x 7 F100 rims. They've usually got a few lying around... They normally charge about $35 per rim... Then get yourself a set of 30 x 9.5 x 15's. I had this setup with a 2 inch lift on my 1st zook and it was a real fun setup... heres a ...

I run eagle alloys aswell in a 15 x 8 with -30 offset. You can get them in a 15 x 7, but they are 0 offset. They cost around $300 ea.

Sierra Tranfer Case Q's
Hey Guys,
I need some answers regarding sierra transfer cases. I pulled mine out of my 1995 sierra on the weekend and cracked it open, and it's chain driven... is that normal? I'm thinking about installing some reduction gearing and a roctoy ring, so i need to know what sort of a transfer case i've ...

Well, it depends on how hard you drive the zook...
Yes, your diffs should be able to cope. But one thing to consider is you may need to get a another air locker for the front cos the the chromo axles have 26 splines (same as rear axles). I'm not sure how many splines standard front axles have (can ...

I had this 2 1/2 inch stainless steel snorkle made up at a local exhaust shop a couple of weeks ago. I then had it polished. All up it cost a bit more than $20 though... I figured i've gone this far with the truck, what's a few hundred more dollars.. haha... It's fixed to the "A" pillar with the use ...

Those rims are 15 x 10's. I know the guy that used to run them on his zook. He offloaded them cos he kept busting axels, cv's, diffs and wheel bearings all of the time. I was considering buying them off him, but decided that they were to heavy for standard sierra driveline. He went down to 31 inch ...

Tyre Size Legallity Question???
Hey Guys...
I'm in the process of buying a new sierra, one that has been professionally built and has had all the hard work done already.
It has a SPOA conversion, engineered for 31 inch tyres. It currently has 33 inch tyres on the truck at the moment. My question is, will it pass a Vic roadworthy ...

The thing that sets the lovells apart from the rest of leaf springs on the market is that the leaf goes over the top of the bottom shackle bolt instead of underneath. I hope i've explained that correctly... $1300 installed sounds like a good price... i paid about $900 ish for mine, but i installed ...
