seems normal. The car is working harder so its only natural it gets hotter (just like you and me). Just make sure the fluid is all full. If theres cracks in your top tank of your radiator (if its been replaced already and has a plastic one) that can make the water slowly disappear. Still a good idea ...

Hey Guys,

Sorry to bring up an old post. But the Fuel Gauge in my Toyota Hilux Surf (1990 2.4TD) doesnt work. Sits just above empty. Im pretty sure its the sender but Ive heard the only way to replace it is drop the whole tank out is this true? Or is there an easier way to get to it?
