no panhard rod and mechanical link steering to be driven on the road.

A panhard (if set up right) shouldn't hinder wheel travel but should dramatically imporve on road manners.

Why would i need a panhard rod? its drives perfectly fine on road, if any thing it just needs a wheel alignment!

are you running a panhard in the front ? no panhard in front.

Do you have power steering? yep, 60 series box and pump.

SR feroza rears up front
lux front in the rear
33's
88" WB and 19.5" chassis height.

Stage II

rear dual tri 4 link with coils
xtra cab ute chop - done
shaved diffs
toob tray and exo
37's - obbtained
106" WB and around 22" chassis height

i have feroza rears in the front of mine, with a chassis extension and SR. I love this set up has good aproach angle, nice and soft and loves to climb!!
For the rear i have lux fronts, running 2 leaves + overload..= shit, way to firm and stuff all flex compared to the front.

id reccomend you run ...

i run the standard 60s pitman arm but ive straightened it in a press . works good ive got standard rufs and there flat as doesnt hit the spring

im running feroza rears, with a SR, but its the way i did the chassis extension i should of followed the profile of it instead of leveling it off! But ...

If it is a king pin ( swivel pin ), could be a lack of grease in the bearing and swivel hub or incorrect preload on the bearing! just my $0.02.

Update

not much progress, just the extension is all tacked up ready to be welded and just waiting for abit more dough for the Air lockers. heres a pic of the genuine rear CW+P, to match the front hi pinion.

Front end - Toy front, with hi pinion 4.1 A/locker, daihatsu springs 46" with 6" chassis extension and S/R, 60's p/s box and pump and cross over steer.

Rear end - Toy rear 4.1 air locker, hilux fronts and trac bar, DC drive shaft

tyres - 33" MTRS maybe 35's

Others - transfer ...
