warm them up for 10mins before driving then you can kane them to 10,000rpm all day long.

nah but it is only noticeable at 2000-4000 rpm stationary or moving. and its also got a slight miss at these same revs if just cruising but if i accellerate hard both ticking and miss go away.
cant seem to find what it is.

yeah like the pen sound... it starts at about 2000rpm and then dissapears when it revs to about 3500-4000.
i was thinking it was injectors but didnt think they could tick so loud.
does that mean they or one of them is blocked?

Yeah looks like its on all aspects of doing a new bar set-up.
Its good that everyone is posting stuff relating to all aspects (eg lights, bar and mounts) cos at the end of the day its all handy information to have.
Gives guys already with custom bars options for changing lights and mounts too.

Are you guys keeping them a certain distance out in front of the vehicle (200-300mm by the looks) for cosmetic or legal reasons?
They all (99%) look real nice.

i like the style of the blue one in the second pic. are those side bars on the 45degree angle just there for the blinkers protection or for overall strength.?
Thats what i want but if i can get away with not using those i will for sure.
Oh and i had a good look at a few blinkers on different cars ...
