Re: Dual band antennas
You realise that it is a "Ham" Radio and non compatible with "Normal" CB UHF....... it operates on Amateur radio Frequencies that you require a special license to use, and dont line up with CB band radios anyway.... The radio you are talking about operates on the Amateur bands which are 136-174MHz ...

Re: NEW! billet lightend wheel spacers
Nice job, but I would definitely be going with press fit studs I think........ I dont trust threaded studs in this app, due to the chance loose wheel nuts rocking the stud around and wearing the threads....... just feel safer with a big stud head having to pull through the hub to get free. It would ...

Re: Choosing a battery charger?
One of the things that really piss me off with new chargers...smart chargers in particular, is they require at least 5 or 6 volts in the battery to start the charging process ( it lets the charger know its connected to a battery. now that's ok for battery maintenance, but sometimes I might leave the ...

Ok, Are the Solar Panel and the Charger connected together...ie in Parallel ? Does the solar panel have a regulator in line with it. I am thinking this..... The middle terminal that you DID have connected...... the one with the 0.4 output was damaged by the output of the solar panel as is the ...

the only thing that will do a true mandrel bend , is a mandrel bender. Mandrel benders put a mandrel on the inside of the tube while bending on the outside.,........ but they are worth many thousands of dollars. I have a JD2 model 4 and it is about as good as it gets without spending the big bucks ...

I,ve got 2 of them on our RZR's (30") and they are the best lights I have ever driven with. Re: simple L.E.D. question
Leds are current devices....if the current is low they will dim.....but at that point your battery will be long gone ;) A combination of voltage and current make them work, but if the current is not limited they will soon run away and burn out...... the voltage is less important, but they should be ...

Marine batteries are identical to normal batteries in every way other than more robust spacers between the plates to make them survive the constant rough treatment they get in a boat........ Valving is a complicated subjet and is somewhat similar to the how long is a piece of string question.......
Back when I was racing we had literally dozens of shocks with valving combo's for each car for each spring , driver and track and even time of the year variation.
