Would anyone would have the dimensions of the chassis
rails for a gq .The inside distance between the the two rails
and the actual rail dimesions.

As im making up a bar for a mate. thanks

The only problem with binskins is that you have to drill out all holes for mounting inside and out 'And they dont just bolt on u have to make up a bit off bracketry.and you also have a few probs cause the fibreglass is thicker than the genuine metal so locks and handles are hard to bolt in.

the only reason i ask is that nissan sent me 4.3 in 4.6 boxes and i got them installed without chcking the ratio. now i have to give them part numbers to order 4.6's cause they dont know if any genuine 4.6's will fit.

Would anyone have nissan part numbers for 4.6 crown wheel and pinion?

It's like a clang noise like someone has just hit the diff with a hammer.

Could someone give me some ideas about a noise in the front end of my gu.When i go full lock to the left not every time but a fair bit you hear a loud noise.

Only does it to the left and only when the wheels are on the ground.I cant imagine it is anything to do with axles . thanks all

Could anyone give me an idea why my v6 rodeo has probs turning over in the morning. Then when driving along just starts to stall and engine light comes on.And apparently it's not an ecu prob.

If you going to be doing a fair bit of notching the only way to go is
with a proper notcher . As sam said previously have a look at the notchers
at hare and forbes .Can notch from 20-65 mm. kram

Can anyone tell me where i could get a set of corrosion resistant high tensile bolts for a 50mm body lift for gu ute .Especially the 2 at the front as they are different from the other 4.also would be good if in brisbane.

This maybe a stupid question.Can you use gq lockers on a gu.
