Re: New BT-50 - Jumping out of gear

My Ford ranger is jumping out of 1st gear going down very steep hills using the engine as a brake. Is also difficult to get into 4th gear. Is going to ford in 2 weeks or a gearbox rebuild and will be gone for 2 weeks. Will give an update when it comes back

Nissan PAtrol turbo charger {new.}

I have a td42 and have purchased a garret turbo from ebay. It has a 47mm exhaust turbine. After I bought it I was informed it was to small and would choke the engine after around 1800 to 2000 rpm.
Any advice would be most appreciated.

speedy sleve

The speedy sleve is a press on hollow sleeve that brings the old axle back to the original or slightly bigger diamitor. If there is a groove worn in the axle from the seal, the sleeve gives the seal a new serface to run on and seal teh oil in the diff. Hope this helps
