Re: Flipped Radius arms
Also creates some ground clearance and considering the rock rash on the front of my radius arms clearance and castor correction is enough reason for me to do it

Re: Flipped Radius arms
I get it No, I don't think you do get it. Your analogy of lowering the handle end of the wheel barrow arms is not the same as simply flipping the radius arms. With flipped radius arms, the chassis (handle) end of the arms are in the same place whether normal or flipped. In your wheel barrow analogy...

Re:
You can calculate and graph it as much as you like, but pushing a loaded wheelbarrow with your arms in different positions will prove beyond doubt that my example is 100% correct - try it for yourself. your comparison is similar to a 2" lift compared to a 10" lift...... have a REAL think ...

I'm not 100% certain but I believe that there is a notch molded into the snorkel around the aerial and your aerial should come straight up not have that 90 deg bend in it so i'd say thats an after market aerial. So I'm going to say maybe you have the wrong snorkel for your particular model, just a t...

I know that I don't need to run a 4inch lift to fit 33's and that a 2inch lift will fit 35's snug but I still want at least a 4-5 inch lift all up. Mainly for looks than anything :) . Looks is never a reason to do anything to a 4wds suspension, you should be aiming to do the smallest possible lift ...

I'm about 99% certain that running standard 80 coils in a Pootrol it gives about 2in of lift so if 80 springs lift a a runner 4in and a patrol 2in then i'd say patrol coils would give you about 2in in a runner
and kyro i'd say your 2in sus lift is the torsion bars cranked up

Nice work mate
I used the IFS box when I did mine and I'm pretty sure Dougster did in his aswell I just remounted it forward a little and used a steering shaft extension but this just goes to show that theres more than one one to do it
