Re: 5.29 Supply Breakthough !!!!

Big grave dig - but relevant to this thread :?

Will the internals of a 7.25" HP (5.29) front and 8" rear (5.29) fit into the housings of a 3ltr manual NJ ( 8" HP front, 9" rear) ??

Rear shafts will be different, but i have those from the locked rear.

7.25 front locker Gen2 - IO?

G'day all, I've been reading up on the lack of lockers for the front 7.25" diff. But i have also noticed the IO boys have fitted front and rear Kaiser lockers and their front is a 7.25. This link has some tech in it: http://www.pajerio.com/forum/front-r...hos-interested" onclick="window.open(this ...

Re: factory locker, non factory wiring

Hard wired my factory locker today, but ran out of light to finish the led off the diff switch.
Does the two wires from the diff come from the locker compressor area or head elsewhere?

Cheers, its stuff like that that im hoping to find out. A good cleanout, new manifold and block the egr - they are great. Just something ...

Be careful which 3.2 you use, triton one has issues with carbon blocking the intake due to the egr.

Love that snorkel - cleanest one i've seen for a while.

Need to find someone to make one up here (bris)
How much did that set you back? Do they want to make any more?

Great work on the other custom gear too!

I have a box made up using 6 x 17ah sla's for my camp trailer.

Not the ideal as it weigh's a lot and is rather large, but i got the batteries for nix - ups batteries.

Wired to anderson plug and plugged into distibution panel/isolator/gauge mounted in trailer
Or plug in charger or jumper cables.

Low speeds - usually crawling. Definately disengaging.

The other night at ormeau it turned off 3 times in a 500m steep, rutted hill.
I could turn it back on each time, with out stopping.

My worry is it engaging and disengaging while loaded and doing damage

I found a stainless pond light a few years ago removed the dodgy leds and fitted the above led, using a bit of good silicon to 'glue' it to the front glass of the pond light. Fitted the mr-16 plug to the internal wiring - sweet Similar to this but less than a third of the price - http://prismaled ...

If you after a smaller cheaper one have a look at the end of this thread

The same led will fit in a water proof pond light fitting from bunnings or similar.
