fitting 33 inch baja claws

hello, just picked up a set of 33x12.5 r15 mickey thompson baja radial claws for my mav. they came off a late 90's hilux. the stud pattern matches up fine bit the rims rubs on the brake pad surround on the front. is this because of different depth of the rim??.

IFS to solid axle conversion????

hi everyone, ive just been looking at a 1994 2.8 turbo diesel lux. only down side is it has an IFS front. is it possible/expensive/worthwhile to change this over to a solid front end so i can maximise lift and flex when the time comes.
cheers.
