Steve, firstly get a good air cleaner then open up the AFM and loosen the big cog two notchs. Just cut the silicon around the black cover gently and then the cover should lift up, try and keep it clean inside, mark where the cogs are now just in case, now loosen big cog two clicks, put cover on and ...
