thanks shandy the leak had gotton so much worse on last drive so had to fix it was easier than thought was a 12mm bolt undo (it holds the tube still that goes to back of water pump )than just twist and the pipe comes out and was a o ring seal took all of 1/2 hour now no leaks and 10 degrees cooler ...

hey guys had a look through my workshop manual and done a search trying to find out how much i have to pull off motor to replace a freeze plug just behind the water pump tube that hoses connect to i can see a 10mm bolt but how or does this tube come out of behind the water pump any ideas or info

fitting new gauges to car,went to remove front sender (looking from front of car)the end snapped of sender no drama take and get it removed,hmm now it has had a eazy put into it and the manifold is cracked a little and they cant still get it out what to do are the intake maniolds easy to source or ...

vw dave i do know the difference between the wt and nt,but this nt 1.3 had the 14mm head bolts in it that why i assumed that the wt and nt 1.3 diff yolk flanges were the same only the maruti 1.0 were the 10mm head size, i have a maruti it is a wt and has diffs with the 10mm flange on them (i know ...

well the flange is for a 1.3 wt, why i thought they were the same i had stripped out a nt 1.3 the flanges the same as 1.3 wt i have a 1. 0 wt the holes in this was smaller, i have put the early model wt 1.3 diffs in to change ratios and they had air lockers already installed ;) but some one had ...

i too am fortunate to have a maruti lwb wt i did convert 1.3 in to it used 1.3 ltr mounts and fabricated some radiator mounts out of angle or just steal some mounts out of a sierra and tack em in its wot im doing on my spare chassis
