I actually have a set of 7.50's on split rims but I fear ill be laughed at for running them. plywood is strong enough, use a polyurethane adhesive to glue it together and sufficient screws you can get 2.4*1.2 factory 2nds from places like sharps or australian wood panels for $20 cash then go to places like daleys for the factory 2nd's of marine carpet - $20 will get you 5 metres get some ...

Push bikes don't have to pay rego? They shouldn't even be allowed on the road. I live in the country and on country roads when theres a push bike rider taking up 1/2 of my lane on a blind corner, or on a crest or something where you can not see whats on coming, And you have to slow down to 20k's ...

alternator issues,

either dodgy connections or it's on its way out

these are very temperamental about voltage, if you replace the alternator, make sure it has a long warranty, or is genuine... they have a habit of killing low quality alternators
