nuh there 60mm. they still fit in the solid pin hangers though. And if your lengthening the chassis you'll have to make new shackle mounts anyway. I'll get some picks up tomorrow, im heading out for a beer now :D

Will this be engineered? as extended shackles are illegal.
What length springs are you aiming at? I'm currently putting feroza rears in mine which are ~6-7" longer than std zuk rears. I'm keeping the std shackles though.
I've had to extend my chassis obviously so I could get some measurements and/or ...

I chew my rears out so quick I normally dont have rear brakes lol Still passes the brake test at rego time with just the fronts though so I'm not too bothered, plus I use my gearing mostly

AFAIK Rotors can only be machined so much (ie. they have to be a certain thickness) but the brake shop will be able to tell you whether they can be machined or not. I presume you could source new rotors from someone like Autopro or Supercrap etc

In regards to the pumps - where abouts did you plumb these in? I can see what looks like a pump on the RHS in the vertical pipe running up to the radiator inlet I think.

well yep sounds like fugged rotors to me lol pull them out and you should be able to see it by eye or with a straight edge

its a GME, just want it programmed back to normal channels like when you buy 1 from a shop for general public.

Rear mounting is a great idea - it's one of the best things I've even done on my car.

I have recently RUF'd my 92 sierra and lengthened the rear to fit Feroza leaves and now I'm after shocks. I haven't managed to flex it up to take measurements yet as im still chasing some u bolts (anyone know a good place to buy u bolts in Newcastle?) but I have no idea what shocks I should ...

hey guys got the engine, computer, loom and extractor (almost new) today for $1200, and ordered Ben T adaptor kit for $200. just a qick question can i use the 1.3 clutch and flywheel for the conversion.

also the only thing the engine is missing is the air flow monitor does anyone have or know ...

Driveshaft angle is ok
-as in looks ok or have you actually measured the angles? the sierra transfer tilts backwards so it doesn't take much lift to bugger the front shaft angles up
-short jackshaft between gbox and transfer?
-front wheel bearings?

It has a 1.6 8 valve engine out of a tracker and I used the stock samurai fuel injection so it looks stock just with more power

im in the process of putting feroza rear springs in my sierra and im curious as to what the extra small leaves on the springs are for?

i run s4 rockhoppers (6.5 i think), locked diffs with 31s and i give it hell and never even broke a mount let alone cracked the case

its amazing how many qualified mechanics cant do something as simple as reassemble manual locking hubs properly, 3 of my mates have had this problem after having there wheel bearings replaced

if the tailshaft doesn't spin its the transfer case, if it does its either the diff or hubs

*grimbo voice on* you're in QLD yes? engineering will be an issue you need to contend with.

also, as you are narrow track, you'll want to think about wide track diffs (or non suzuki diffs) as for installation reasons (room for springs/brackets and stability, you'll want the added width.
