I replaced mine a little while ago.Having trouble remembering exactly how - but I think you take off the loom and rubber seal and then squeeze in wire retaining clip and hey presto, it is a bit fiddly but persistance helps. I owned a 81 MQ SD33 and a MK 2.8P and when I did an engine swap from the SD33 to the MK I found that the tanks were exactly the same size 88ltrs. I know this because after draining them for the engine swap I fisrt put in 20 ltrs and then drove to the servo and put in a further 68 ltrs to fill it ...
