Re: need wiring diagram for ac system on ln106 hilux

get a r134 compressor from the wreakers. Get the o rings changed and then regassed. Its not to hard. You may need to get the hoses that run from the compressor to the condensor and firewall as they may be differant on the r134 compressor. Otherwise ring around alot of auto elecs still have r12 gas.

Re: need wiring diagram for ac system on ln106 hilux

The ac pressure switch is inside the ac box that's behind the glove box. The pressure switch doesnt allow the compressor to turn on if the gas in the system is low.

With minimal mods like ...

The ls1 or ls2 will fit in a hilux body. Theres a few running around in 2wd hiluxs and id imagine the engine bays are identical between a 2wd and a 4wd. Heres a pic of one. The inner wheel guards are modified cause the car is air bagged and it allows more room for the tyres to tuck up. There was ...

This method always works for me.
See which way the shock is spinning when you try to undo it. Then tie a rope tightly to the shock then wind it onto the shock in the opposite direction at least 10 turns then tie the rope off to studs or chassie, anything solid. Then as you undo the shock it will ...

The mixture screw on a 98 disco is in the airflow metre under the little rubber plug. DONT TOUCH IT. It cannot be adjusted without haveing the car on an engine analyser, without one you will damage the airflow metre and they are about $1000 to replace. Ask me how I know.
The allen key screw near ...
