i think it is so navi can drive vehicle away if driver is injured, and having a license prooves he is capable.
Plus ccda the ruleing body requires all competitors to have a license for insurence purposes

I've got a richmond lockright in my cj7 no problems handles everything the 360 throws at it, we just fitted a loka from 4wd systems into my mates comp truck and smashed the pins but that is turning 39.5 tyres driving devils marbles at tuff truck.

had a bloody good time naving for team home brand evan if we did break a bit of gear and ended on the roof in the mud saturday, Tony,Steve,Pete and all the crew great effort :armsup: And thanks to the guys that helped out lending gear to get truck going again champions, we hope to be back in 2012 ...
