Just dug this thread up, funny enough about a week after i posted it the first time the leak went away.. i never got around to fixing it. anyways its back now as of a few days ago. what a pain in the arse! all the old info is still relivent so ill strip the top of the pump down and replace the seals ...

Happened to me about 2 years ago, remove starter, pop open the solenoid and pull out the contacts, go see an auto elec and for an easy change of $20 should see you with some nice new clean contacts (if you fit them yourself of course). depends if you want 2d or 3d as for 2d i havnt found anyhting easier then AutoCAD 06, simple software, read some tutorails etc etc and youll be fine as for 3d, prob best to get a program called "ProDesktop" or even the common Sketchup program, prodesktop is definatly better by far though John Just ...

So hard to tell where the leak comes from, no worries having a crack at fixing it if i could find it! seems to be coming from the underside of the pump, hard against the side of the engine! think ill just wait it out and get the pump pulled for a service in a few weeks time.. as for the over heating ...
