Is that LSD clutch packs inside differential assembly?

Is neddle bearing still there and in good condition?

Spongy pedal is normal after replacing rotors and pad.
It should be ok after approx 500km.

The problem with rear C200 diffs is that it's snapping axles in diff centre, where they are thin. H233B are few mm bigger and a lot more durable.

Stock axle shafts are good up to 35"(simex, silverstone etc.) and even for bigger less agresive tires.
In the rear just fit H233B axle with the same gearing - it is much stronger than C200.
Also rear C200 had LSD, which you can fit in front axle.

If it's hard to steer in 4x4, it probably has play somewhere in suspension or steering.
Mine MQ did that when u-bolts came loose on one side.

Outside of the crownwheel(ring).

H233 is 233mm
H260 is 260mm
Measure it and you will know what it is.

Have you cleaned oil cooler on the block?
120 deg C is a bit high.

Swap top cover, bell housing and input shaft(you can only do this with L28 5 speed and N/A SD33 5 speed gearbox), everything else is the same.

Rubber caliper hose probably needs to be changed.

Disconnect linkage from EDIC motor on injection pump, so that the lever is verticaly(it's run position, towards front of the car it's start). Give current for 10-15 seconds to the glowplugs, and then quickly try to start it.

Remove and clean your lights switch first.

5th gear extension cover is 100mm, not 135.

Have you cleaned a small filter in banjo bolt in lift pump(bolted to injector pump)?

try to fill new filter with fuel.

Just swap axle housing.

I mean Factory(Original NISSAN) GQ Manual Hubs are hard to find - not superwinch, AVM or Warn.

"AUTO - LOCK" hubs were standard on European spec GQ(GR)

GQ Manual Hubs are almost impossible to find in Europe, only cheap AVM's avalible.

I think you should lower the pinion.

I need to replace the swivel hub bearings in my GQ. To save time, is it possible to remove the swivel by undoing the 4 bolts top and bottom but leave the wheel hub and stub axle in place that is, pull the entire hub and swivel assembly and axle straight off without dissassemling anything else? Yes ...

is primary fuel filter clean(it's located in fuel line to the hand pump bolt) ?

maybe you should install 23V glow plugs ? (there were 23V and 24V models of glow plugs)
