If the person is honest about the servicing The moter should have lots of Ks in her yet I just did a total rebuild Block head new pistons and rings etc It cost me around $4000 to $5000

I had one like that but mine was leaking like a sieve I had a re core as the fitter told me thats how its done and it cost me around $350 that was about 2 years ago now tho.

May be have a look at the new dual battery they are around $300 to $400 mark but by the time you get a second battery and wiring and ETC ETC you come out a round the same but with just the one battery

In NSw it's illegal to have them on, but if you have them with there covers on there should be no problem my mate who's an RTA tester says it comes down to intent so if you have the DL covers on then you can't turn them on the road in a hurry any way.

he's in Blacktown NSW I use him all the time I have a 4d56T and the glowplugs run out at around $10 each and he may know what wrong ...
