If you muk with it you will overheat it, they are on the verge as it is....and an unlocked converter will make more heat. the z440 is all hydraulic, so internal activation by pressure.....cant you pull it back to 3

Put some extra oil in...how far up the dipstick is the level?? Mine has just started coming on too...oil is down 10mm from full.... wow... I've never seen mine come on ever... although I don't ever seen any oil consumption either. possibly the float has spring a leak? Is it normal for the diesels ...

Kits on ebay for $26, the o ring on the inlet pipe is usually the cause of noisy operation as when broken it sucks air....worse noise on inclines etc...20c part
