Re: Tuff Truck 2014 :-)

We managed to get a negative score which sucks! Had to pull out on Saturday morning unfortunately after our "new" transmission gave up in the mud run on friday night. I gather they kept taking points off for stages we couldn't make it too.... aaah the new car blues.

At least we can only go better ...

D22 Bullbar, problems ???

My brother recently purchased a bullbar for a D22 Navara for a reputable offroad supply shop. Problem is, it doesn't fit. The spacing is out by half an inch either side of the frame rail to the bar brackets.

Is there a difference in frame widths for the -07 models (which it says on the box) and ...

Re: grand cherokee 3l crd

I drove one the other day. Great power for it's size and seems alot more refined than others with a similar capacity. Not bad bang for your buck really. I am looking at getting one as a tow/dd aswell. As for reliability, I think that it being a Merc V6 help sway my judgement. Plus my only other ...

I know there has been plenty of discussion about it but the lack of funds is a major issue! A lot of money involved in getting it up and running! Dave Camp was talking to me and throwing around ideas of the possibility. Believe me, if it gets up and running i'd love to give it a go! Actually i'd ...

True, it doesn't need to be engineered, it's just easier to shut a cop up if it's on the paperwork that's all! Gives them one less thing to send you in for a inspection.

You missed the point, if you have no roof covering occupants of the vehicle, ie a soft top, then an exo cages becomes a roll cage. An Exo is engineerable because the body of the vehicle is to protect the occupants not the EXternal cage around the body! A cage with no roof would need some sort of ...
