Re: Tuff Truck 2014 :-)
We managed to get a negative score which sucks! Had to pull out on Saturday morning unfortunately after our "new" transmission gave up in the mud run on friday night. I gather they kept taking points off for stages we couldn't make it too.... aaah the new car blues.

D22 Bullbar, problems ???
My brother recently purchased a bullbar for a D22 Navara for a reputable offroad supply shop. Problem is, it doesn't fit. The spacing is out by half an inch either side of the frame rail to the bar brackets.

Re: grand cherokee 3l crd
I drove one the other day. Great power for it's size and seems alot more refined than others with a similar capacity. Not bad bang for your buck really. I am looking at getting one as a tow/dd aswell. As for reliability, I think that it being a Merc V6 help sway my judgement. Plus my only other ...

I know there has been plenty of discussion about it but the lack of funds is a major issue! A lot of money involved in getting it up and running! Dave Camp was talking to me and throwing around ideas of the possibility. Believe me, if it gets up and running i'd love to give it a go! Actually i'd ...

You missed the point, if you have no roof covering occupants of the vehicle, ie a soft top, then an exo cages becomes a roll cage. An Exo is engineerable because the body of the vehicle is to protect the occupants not the EXternal cage around the body! A cage with no roof would need some sort of ...

Yeh I have seen a few shop and home made systems that were on the cheap side of a dry sump system but they were constantly having problems with the pump seals etc, I think they used holden oil pump gears in a alloy housing run off the front of the alternator to scavenge the oil! I know it is not ...

Yeh, it has a commodore v6 in it at the moment, with a dyna 5spd and duals! The reason I was thinking of the conversion was that I have the engine and tranny already with a full gas system, other than registration and available space it should be a fairly easy convert! Also it isn't that common as a ...
