free wheeling hubs not engaging. need to clean and re-grease. and reassemble properly

It was like that when I bought it. don't they have rails going down the sides ? like the vits.

I had a wobble between 70 & 80. Fitted new tyres and wheel alignment. Fixed.

Solution. Replace seals and top up oil.

If your leaking oil its the axle seals. if the cv's are stuffed you'll hear clicking noises. Check diff oil level. If it's leaking at hubs there's prob no oil in it. Hence groaning

I made the carrier from angle. I've driven Melb to Qld twice. IT's ok on a long drive. I bash my right elbow on door rest. Doesn't like corrugations, bounces sideways.. 7.1 Lts 100klms.
Sits on 100[4000 rpm ] to 110 kph

THIS IS CAM ANGLE SENSOR. REAR DRIVERS SIDE OF HEAD.

if you have a g13bb engine (that with single camshaft) i would suggest you to check and eventually replace the camshaft position sensor.

I think your right. i've just bought one from suzukistore about $120.00 havn't fitted it yet. mine broke down under low spead load when it got hot under the bonnet.
