Is there any other part of the gq engine harness needed or can i leave all that out.Ive got someone to wire it up for me just need to know what i leave in and take out.

Howdy peoples im in the process of doing a gen 3 conversion into my gq and ive just pulled out the efi 4.2 leaving the wiring harness connected to it.What i want to know is the harness which connects to the manuel gearbox which ive unplugged,do i need that part of the harness or does the new harness ...

Hi all just wondering if any body has used or is using marks headers on their 5.7conversion and if they are any good?

Well after replacing a broken cv on a gu the auto locking hub is making a ticking noise.The faster you go the faster the ticking(like teeth are grindig).We pulled the hub of and every thing looks ok put it back on and still it does it.Get in the car drive to the shop doesnt do it drive home does it ...

im looking at doing the same conversion myself.Where is the best place to source the bits from?I know marks do them but is there anyone else ?cheers

Ive got a gq and my left plug melted as well then not long after the right one melted.Found that the aftermarket high wattage globes were the problem.Put new plugs and standard globes back in and all is sweet now!

Im building some sliders for the pooptrol but not sure how to mount them to the chassis.Not sure if i should weld plates to the chassis or use a u-bolt type set up.any tips guys?
