alrighty, update... I cleaned the FILTHY mud infested plugs, hopped in, key on, battery light and NOTHING else now! No ignition at all, lights are about the only other thing working... so something in ignition is gone.. Is there a fuse for this and if so which one! a=haha, as my fuse box in drivers ...

so if it needs a certificate i'd be stuffed, but if it doesnt need one, im fine?? Surely someone has put a 3.0 into an earlier hilux !! haha Found a really good buy, but its a 91 with a 3.0 in it, and im really worried it will need an engineers cert.. Engineers Certificate Needed??
If i changed a 91 hilux 2.8 diesel engine over to a 3.0 diesel would i need an engineers certificate? Been told i would if it was a 2.4 originally but not if its a 2.8... Any thoughts or help guys?
