with the amount of work that is involved any way you should probably just pull of the head. and that way you can inspect the valves to see if there leakin compression and just have a good look over the whole lot. you don't want to put the new cam in and find out when you go to tune it that i needs ...

does anyone know of a TB42E being supercharged. mine is currently in the shop getting done. It will have the most aggressive cam crow cams do for it as well as a rebuilt and ported head, new pistons, rings, mains and bigs, stronger crank cap bolts so it can rev a bit harder and a paxton non ...

Recomended oil for the TB42E?
Hey guys, I was wondering what oil you have found works best in the efi gq motor. I am currently running castrol magnatec and i am gettin a ticking noise out of the engine. Someone told me that the hydraulic lifters don't like the magnatec. Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

i don't think so mate, i've seen a couple of trucks runin shocks upside down, i think the only thing you have to worry about is the fact that the diff moves around alot more than the chassis so strength on the thin end might be an issue, but with a descent shock like rancho on a zook i don't think ...

The only certainty is you never buy the first of any model car, until they have service pack 12 out, and the bugs are gone. i know where your comin from bud, but with nissan and toyota they both have a reputation for not havin many bugs in there 4wd's, even if there are bugs they are usually small ...

lets hope it's bigger than than the 3ltr. it's to small for a car that can pull 3200kgs plus load the back up. as for the shape, i was told it was going to be different but you may be right, they have only had it for a few years, but by 09 it will be 4 years old. nissan seem to be updating the look ...
