Hey, my mate has got a Lexus LX470, he got it last year (its 07 model)

The guy at the dealership told him that its got the new 200 series 470 in it.

We just looked at the plate and its got the 2uz-fe in it.

Im sure that I had this model in my 04 100 series.

Have you got a tray tub liner? You can get custom ones made that fit under the liner "lip".

You can get covers made up for like $300. Go to a motor trimmer place, should only take a few hours for them to make it.

Haha, chances of that happening are 1 in a million. Especially to a hilux and a Adult driving it. If they measure your tyres they must really have nothing to do/not like you.

I drive one with fully black 20 grade tint, lift kit, and massive tyres. Never had trouble and I been stopped many times.

Dont worry about it, I got 285x65r18 Tyres on myn and this exceeds the legal limit by a shit load. Are you worried about insurance or getting checked and stickered?

More power or less power?? I just went in and found out that the New motors have some weird new and improved sick ass injection system, so the conversion kit is completely different, therefore costs approx $5000 vs, the old $3000....

Hey, just got back from a trip and im noticing that my 07 Hilux is a bit thirsty. (4L V6).

Ive added a Lukey exhaust system and K&N Air filters. Should this improve economy or make it worst?

Also, I was speaking to someone about doing a Gas conversion to it.

Iron Man is pretty cheap and pretty good quality, then you go to something like old man emu, Expensive and very good quality, depends what you are willing to spend really...

Just speaking from research that I done when I wanted to do this to my old 1999 SR5 Dual Cab.

It needed a 3" sus lift plus a 2" body lift. and if yours is a standard hilux, you will also need flares/guards.

Looking at about $1800 to get the 5" lift...

Im not sure what It includes, I was just looking around and the guy said they have been selling a shit load for $4000...

Thats why im here, trying to find out how much all the other crap will cost me...

You think putting a Turbo in it would be only 5G?

Now this afternoon I was at the Holden Dealership wondering Around, and I saw that the new 6L V8 gen4's are selling for only $4,000.

I have been looking at supercharging my current V6 which will cost me $10,000.

Hey, got a 94 2.8 Single cab Hilux, and im just wondering if I will need any sort of lift kit put on it if I put 33" tyres on it? If I do, whats the biggest tyre I can get onto it with out a lift?

BTW. Currently its standard with the 16" skinny's

Yeah, This car here isnt my 4wding car, I got a One Tone Diesel Hilux thats for all the other stuff. This one will be my town/beach car.

Its awesome on Sand and Dunes with these tyres because there so wide, but yes, ive got a set of cooper STT's on Sunny rims.

Whats everyone recommend? and what will it do to economy/performance? What benefits will i have over standard systems.
