didnt know you could get reverse cut gears for a high pinion to run on the right side in the rear ? i thought that they are reverse cut to run on the correct side when installed in the front ?
Re: 3spd auto
I would recommend just putting a decent stall in it first! no need for a manual shift, IMO. It will make the biggest difference by far. Whats a good stall size for a 'rock crawler'? Minimum 2500 IMO. 2750-3500 would be sweet depending on engine and stall design. That seems a little high for a 1.6L ...
Re: 3spd auto
can't you just put the vacuum line in front of the turbo so when to throttle on it will cause a vacuum ? Unless there is a throttle body in front of the turbo there will be bugger all vacumme at that point, only from whatever restriction the air filter might be causing which wont be enough what ...

Re: Suzuki- First Time Comp Truck Build
You got to decide, Comp car or Rego car. Completely different spec. Alot of comps in NSW don`t need rego anymore. Build one to do both means wasting alot of coin with stupid engineers and rules that wont make a very good Comp rig. A good start: Comp rig needs, v6 , auto, dual hilux-cases, 60 series ...

because I have cromo flanges for the 80 diffs going into my buggy, but because of the shape of the outside of the 80 wheel hub, i am only able to use the to stock dowel pins, and i would like to add another 2 but it is impossible due to the step in on the outside of the hub. I was hoping that maybe ...

plug lead upgrade ? 4.5L EFI L/C
I am going to do a major serivce on my 80series, it has a 4.5L EFI motor in it. Just wondering if there are any better plug leads out there for it ? the stock ones are about as big as a match stick. Will I gain anything from running aftermarket leads ? or should i stick with some stock replacements ?
