A bundy front diff, the centre is a little more inset, making axles a different size to a hilux.
I would sell the bundy and fit a hilux front diff. Axles are easier to find.
80 series and 60 series diffs are wider than a bundera's. Bunderas are hilux size front and rear. Smaller centres compared ...

You could probably fit a damper which would fix the problem for a while.
Its is a unique to Jimny thing and as far as i know there is no "complete fix", Everything is a patch up until it happens again
It could be one thing doing it or 10 things contributing to it in the front end.
Bit of a ...

Mainly because they are a different series (F10 Vs G13) engine that will have different bolt patterns over the blocks. The older suzuki 1L gearbox bellhousings are different so the starters will probably be too, From memory the motor/solinoid are the same, but the ...

Point it at the case if double cardon
Make it parallel if normal uni's
Find someone with a lux to get some angles.
Or, tack brackets till you get the case in.
Adjustable links will help with fine tuning

The original prop valve is not load sensing. It sits 3/4 down the chassis rail and nothing brake related is attached to the diff except for the brake line with sierra's. Which is rare.!
It does look like it floats around inside depending on front and rear joined brake pressure. Ive had it apart to ...

IndependantFrontSuspension Hiluxs run longer leafs in the back. So its a good swap with extended shackle mix. Longer leafs = More flex avaliable!
