Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Yeh I've been looking for one in the local yard but nothing yet.

Looking for someone around the sunshine coast area that has a 4.8l patrol that can take me for a ride. Thinking of buying one and would like to see what they go like and find out any issues that have been found with that motor.

Yeh mate when i had mine trucked weight was around 400kg with top mount cooler and bigger turbo.

Just not the same now its all the same colour. You must be about ready for a race with me now

I have the 4 rib on my Gq ute (33's). Low noise, great wear, best all allround tyre in the wet i have driven on. Good in the sand and does its job in the slop. A must for a daily/weekend driver.

Broken wire between alt and battery. All good now.

Air restrictor light but dont have that air box anymore, handbrake light, battery light. Still charging alright. Gotta be a bad earth or something wrong with the altenator. Is going to auto sparky this arvo.

Is it common in gq's for a few lights to come on dash for no reason. Have been chasing wires but everything looks ok and is still charging fine.

Hey guys anyone know where i can get a GU block turbo or non dosnt matter. Everywhere i ring will only sell a complete motor.
Where can i get forged pistons for a td42 and any advice on which ones are the better?

Yeh well there are 3 rules you follow in south.

1 dont leave keys in car
2 lock car
3 take change from car

Yeh thats the truck. Bluie was saying he put some huge engine in it now with 700hp. This motor is more than enough for my street ute.

Yeh is same as heaths old motor. Came from an outback challange ute owned by a bloke called Ian but have had it rebuilt after a mishap with at bad alternator and turned the boost down a bit. Was little bit silly at 30psi.

Yeh is pretty neat set up. Engine was built by Brett (bluie) at custom offroad. Is GU td42 block, gt35 hybrid turbo plus every thing else that bluie thru at it. Dont know who he got to do the alloy work but very happy with the way it turned out. Back from work in a week and going driving so will get ...

Hey heath, i will back back from work later in the month and my truck will be done . We should make a run to willowbank for a test and tune see how the trucks go??
