Mate, pretty much what extra niss has said, the only other thing I could add is the brake lines may be different between leaf body and coil sprung setup eg, brake master cylinder to chassis lines don't directly match up. their is something that can clean fuel tanks of rust scale, unsure of flakes though. unfortunately for the life of me I can't remember what it was called. basically you mix the solution (acid like) with water, let it sit for a while in the tank and then flush out.

Take into account the piston slap problems of the gen3 but also where do you want the vehicles torque curve, thinking turbo could be a bit peaky in the rev range
