anybody know what the difference in offset is between an IFS rim and a Patrol rim? and is it enough to prevent running patrol ofset on an IFS lux?

i have 31x10.5s on my ifs lux and they scrub the back of the front wheel arch on turning with articulation. think a body lift req for 32s.

Yeah I have a snorkel and have removed the factory inlet piping to the air box with 3". Seems to be soaking up heat from the engine before it even gets to the box.
Would aluminium piping dissapate and/or reject heat better than the factory rubber radiator style hoses?

anybody have a rough cost to do a basic respray? im in the same position as GQboy, the lux could do with a tidy up. im not really in the position with time, equip etc to do it myself.

i had filled the tank about 1 hr before this all happened.

as it turns out one of the exhaust valves seized up which jammed the cam shaft causing the timing belt to break. looking at about $2500 including getting the injectors done while its all apart.

well looks like the pistons did mash valves. fark. any rough ideas on how much arse reaming i have coming my way? while its all apart getting the injectors serviced as well.
