correct me if i am wrong but i am sure that the 1.6 head willl fit all the 1.3 gear on it.... i do know for a fact that the headers are the same, so i would asume the same for the inlet

I have rebuilt my 1.3 and i am sure i have got about the most power you can get out of the little 1.3 without superchaging it. just looked under my car. drove home from fraser island the other no hellies only driving and uni has play in it. I am lifted but only 2" spring under, tried greasable and non no difference

hey man if you are going to use pvc make sure you use the high pressure pipe, 2 reasons, 1 much stronger can handle the knocks and 2 it is the correct size for the origial rubber bend that comes out of the air box

Uni joints

I keep blowing uni joints in the rear of my rear shaft one closest to the diff. Its a 89 serria with twin lockrites and low range gears, I have built the engine up to have torque and i run a webber. what can i do to stop blowing unis?????????????

My mates tell to stop doing hellies, but its fun

i have twin lockrites and 6.5 gears, I love it the zook is almost unstopable. the only thing i hate is the big clicks when turning in a car park ect. O and the very heavy steering

I am leaving on thursday to go to fraser island in my zook, I have replaced the drivers seat aswell as rebuilt the motor, 6.5 gears 31s made draws new brakes every thing that i could do i have done.
Massive trip for the zook, but easy and slow not to break anything

does anyone get the "chatter" effect when they blip the throttle? Its like when it decelerates it sort of goes "clak clack clak" and kinda jerks when it slows down/decelerates (if you bounce or drop the accelorator quick enough)... Is it normal?

should do. 1.3 carby and 1.6 carby have rectangular ports. The EFI motors have round ports.

Vitara and sierra extractors have to follow a different line as the chassis widths and exhaust paths are different, but the heads themselves have the same bolt pattern.
