Re: s13wb brake calipers on 85 hilux diff

Rotor will bolt up tho the different rotor may need to be spaced to line up with caliper perfectly due to rotor thickness change. Changing to IFS hub & V6 4Runner (92-95) rotor & S13WB will fit up tho a rotor spacer is ...

s13wb brake calipers on 85 hilux diff
Im looking at getting rid of the solid rotors and pissy standard calipers on my 85 solid front end 4runner.
I know that usually you use the s12w calipers and ln106 rotors.
Can I use the bigger later model 4runner s13wb brake calipers with 40/60s vented rotors?

Re: Bumpstops and flipped U-bolts
I have a good place for you too test it out just up near bunnings.
You won't get anywhere near the results you are after with the engine crane. If you can wait till sat we could
Go out there and work out what you need in terms of bumpstops.

It uses a 15 amp plug but I have made up an adaptor so I can plug it into the 10amp power lead.nayto wrote:Anyone who has the Lincoln 180c, does it use a standard 10Amp plug or 15 Amp?
Im running mine on a 30m 10amp lead from the back of the house and it seems to work pretty well.

It has a handy chart all you do is hold the material against the chart and what size wire and it tells you on the chart what settings to put it on. This weld is 2 bits of 5mm with gasless wire.
